Account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated personal data if you cannot access the in-app deletion flow.
In-app deletion
- Signed-in users can delete their account immediately from Profile.
- The in-app action removes the profile and related personal data stored for the account, except where retention is legally required.
- If you have a premium subscription, it must still be cancelled separately in Apple App Store or Google Play.
Web deletion request
- Submit the email address associated with your account.
- We use this request to verify the account owner and complete deletion support outside the app when needed.
